LIGHT PHOTOGRAPHY
Light painting/photography is a photographic technique in which exposures are made by moving a hand-held light source.

These images have been taken using the 8-second filter on the camera. The main aim for this exploration in photography was to create an image in under 8 seconds that would link to your exam work and the chosen theme. As my key theme was focused on fruits and vegetables, I managed to create the outline of a carrot and an apple in the limited time allowed. The process of this was to hold a source of light, in my case, I held onto a pair of white fairy lights. Once the camera shutters, the 8-second filter commences, and you must outline the object you want displayed. Before 8 seconds is finished, you must turn off the lights for the image to be complete. These images were created in one take within 8 seconds.
